Mediation Consultations:

We conduct Mediations across several major metropolitan cities in India, as indicated in the Map of India below.

The Mediation process can be conducted in three 1 hour sessions, which can be done in One Day.

However, factors such as the nature of the dispute & relations between the Clients, can determine for additional sessions till the conclusion of the Mediation.

 1. Non-Disclosure/Non Circumvention Contract.

 2. Mediation Agreement.

 3. Mediation Settlement Agreement.

 

All documentation will be done on Legal Stamp Paper & Subject to being Notarized/Registered as per the Client’s request.

Please note, all charges are non-refundable and must be paid in full before the commencement of the Mediation Process. In the event of a failed Mediation, under no circumstances any fees shall be returned or reimbursed.

We strictly respect & understand the privacy of each of our Clients and can make arrangements to conduct the Mediation in a neutral venue; all arrangements of which can be discussed in the Consultation / Orientation Session, initially held.
