Tushad Cassad has an education background thats hails from both India & the United Kingdom. His work experience background is purely of a legal nature. At present, he is currently working in the state of Goa, but often travels to many major metropolitan cities around the country, as a  Specialist Mediator. He also holds an LLB Law Degree from Goa University, Goa,  India. He is currently pursuing a book based on the Indian Legal System and the Growth of the Mediation Process in India.

 

Tushad Cassad has been a Certified and Accredited Mediator since 2014, duly qualified from the International Centre of Alternative Dispute Resolution in New Delhi, India recognized and working under the aegis of the Supreme Court of India and has been included on their esteemed panel of Mediators. Mr Cassad is also included in the List of Orways Mediators – the Internet Web Domain of Mediators, which are recognized by the Union Ministry of Law and Justice, India. 

 

Mr Cassad has also worked for two Non Government Organisation (NGO) in New Delhi, as a Legal Adviser, and used his expertise in assisting the resolution in cases of domestic violence, matrimonial disputes and other related areas. He has also had the privilege of being associated with his family's own Non Government Organisation, as a Legal Advisor. He is also proudly a member of several Free Legal Aid Cells around the country, where his services include free legal aid services, pro-bono legal advice and procedural legal remedies for the general public.
